Hippocraticoath.gr does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays and circumstances beyond Hippocraticoath.gr's control.

For Example:

• Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time
• Large orders may require longer processing time
• Delivery is to a P.O. Box address
• Delivery is outside the European Union
• Delays for non-European Union International orders due to customs clearance
• Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification

Hippocraticoath.gr does offer shipping to non-European Union countries, however, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Hippocraticoath.gr, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged.

All items purchased from Hippocraticoath.gr are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and are always checked and passed in pristine condition.

Hippocraticoath.gr cannot guarantee that any item you may purchase will be fit for any particular purpose.

Except in the case when we are at error (for example: wrong item sent) shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

No refunds will be given for opened or used items.

If you return an unused and unopened item within 14 days you can expect a full refund minus the shipping costs and an upto 20% handling fee with a minimum charge of 5 Euros.
